Fred earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University and successfully passed the CPA exam in 1986. His accounting background provides a strong foundation for helping clients understand complex financial concepts and make informed decisions about their wealth. He believes that educating clients empowers them to feel more confident and comfortable in addressing their financial goals.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Fred's work is helping clients understand both the challenges and the opportunities involved in managing their wealth and lifestyle. He enjoys building lasting relationships and serving as a trusted resource throughout every stage of a client's financial journey.

Outside of the office, Fred enjoys traveling, golfing, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Jon Vallaro is a Managing Director and Senior Financial Advisor with more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and is dedicated to helping individuals and families pursue their long-term financial goals through thoughtful guidance and personalized service.

Jon believes that the trust clients place in him is one of the greatest responsibilities of his profession. He takes pride in building lasting relationships and finds it especially rewarding to help clients navigate important financial decisions while supporting multiple generations of their families over time.

Outside of the office, Jon is an avid sports fan who enjoys cheering on the New York Yankees, New York Rangers, and New York Giants. He also stays active by playing softball and hockey. Most importantly, he is a proud father to his two daughters, Chloe and Avery, and enjoys supporting them in their passion for dance.
